Matilda is the owner of Core & Co and Core Cycle – a boutique studio in the heart of Nailsworth specialising in reformer pilates, barre classes and spin classes. Now in its second year of business, Matilda has expanded the studio, recently opened another in Elkstone and has just given birth to her first baby!
Matilda’s business journey is an inspiring one. Sharing her experience, she talks about spotting a gap in the market, transforming an old building and creating a studio space where women feel at ease, motivated and supported.

Drop us an email beforehand so that we can add you to our list. We always do a quick round the room introductions where you will have the opportunity to introduce yourself and your business.
